Well, I began this journey back in September. I was Gleason 7, 3+4. 7 of 17 biopsy's hot, December
No metastasis. Low genomic risk, February (I took out my profile data)
I opted to take the SBRT 5 treatment path using the Varian Edge machine at Buffet Cancer Center, part of the Nebraska Medicine compound.
Tomorrow will be my final treatment (5 total) Consult with RO yesterday, he is very pleased with the treatment, and will go back in 6 months for PSA check. If OK, 3 (sets) of 6 months PSAs, then 1 a year. After 5 years done deal. But I have high confidence I'll croak from something other than PC.
Side effects are minimal.
So thanks for all y'alls input recently on my other post.
