I haven't posted for quite a while as things have gone well considering original dx of Gleason 10. After lupron and radiation my PSA was undetectable for over 3 years. Went off Lupron after being undetectable for 1 1/2 years. Since 10/20 PSA has been detectable and rising. My Oncologist said he wouldn't be concerned until PSA was 1.0. Radiation Oncologist said treatment wouldn't be considered a failure until PSA was over 2. I'm wondering if my PSA is returning to normal or increasing due to prostate cancer. Going off Lupron was like getting my life and physical health back. Would hate to go back on it. Wondering how concerned I should be and what action I should consider.
