My Trimix Experience

I've been using Trimix for about 2.5 years now post surgery. My blend is 10-1-30. I was told to start with 5 units and ramp up until satisfied. I was having no luck with 5 then 8, 11, 14, 17 and finally 20 units. 20 units gave me an erection for about 6 hours. I finally fell asleep and woke without an erection; I was considering the ER when I finally fell asleep.. I then started going backwards. I think I best with 8 units (per the numbers on the side of the syringe) I used a 31g 5/16" needle. I have noticed that it only works if I start with an erection before injecting. When I shoot (actually my gf does that) flacid nothing happens. She's pretty good at getting my hard for my injection and the foreplay is fine with me. Without the injection I have difficulty staying hard long enough for quality sex. Trimix makes staying rock hard a cinch. It almost like cheating LOL. I do notice a slight burn that I suspect is from one the ingredients of Trimix, probably the Alprostadil. Maybe I should try a batch without that component.

I do take 100mg Viagra daily and that works pretty well for about 10 hours, but I like extra confidence from my Trimix.

Funny, last night I used 10 units and stayed bone hard for 5 hours. Got up at 5 AM and walked around and that seemed to help settle things down. I had 3-5 hour erections many times. I've used ice and Sudafed. Not sure if there any other methods I should try. I'll probably cut back to 6 units. Seems like not much, but tired of multi-hour hard on

It is now June 2022 and I'm still using a bottle from September 2021. I've noticed no reduction in potency. I also sometimes have a loaded syringe in my bedside table that works fine a week later. So I don't know about the requirement for refrigeration or shelf life.

I have not tried a pump. I find that 100mg sildenafil and foreplay works fine for a very decent erection. The Trimix is icing and and cherry on top . I am going to dose down to 6 units. That should work for 1-2 hours.

Here is my Trimix formula
Prostaglandin (Alprostadil) 10 mcg/mL (10mg)
Phentolamine 1 mg
Papaverine 30 mg

Yes, that's exactly my process too. 100Mg of Viagra daily. I may be wrong but seems that I can't hit the mark with my injection unless I'm a bit hard ahead of time. I'm guessing an erections makes for a larger target.
