I don't know if you are still on TRIMIX or not but here is my TRIMIX strength. Papaverine 150 mg, Phentolamine 5 mg, PGE 50 mcg / 5 ml
My urologist call it FULL STRENGTH.
He started me at 0.1 ml or 10 units which gives me good erection for 1.5-2.5 hours. My problem is even in erection my penis is still 2 inches shorter and looks pathetic and even more pronounced loss of length is visible in erection.
How helpful TRIMIX was in regaining length that was lost post RP?

Greetings guys
I'm new here, so all input will be well received. I have diabetes, is under control and my uro prescribed I guess it's trimix for my Ed. Currently trying .50cc of a mix of pap15/phe .25/pg 6 sol (whatever sol is).
I have an appt with my uro tomorrow to discuss the .50cc and lack of success with it. At .50cc, I'm about 50% stiff and it doesn't last. Can't have successful intercourse. Really discouraged. Any opinions guys? I really need help on this.

Update or more precise data on my mixture...
PAP 15MG/PHEN 0.25MG/PEG 6MCG/ML
IN A 10ML VIAL
Paid $84 for the vial.
Currently using .50cc and no good wood.
Based on some of the other mixtures I've seen in here, mine looks like it's pretty weak... Just my 2 cents

For me, Edex (alprostadil) worked like jet fuel but came with "the ache" like a madman. Plus its pretty spendy. However, it may be worth a try just to see how you respond to pure jet fuel.

Thanks Northern. I'll discuss that possibility with my uro today.

Update: Just got back from uro and he changed my mix to:
PAP 30mg/PHE 1mg/PG 12 with starting dose of .30cc

Old mix was PAP 15mg/PHE 0.25/PG 6
I still have about 5ml of the old mix. Wonder if I can mix the 2? Anybody's thoughts?

So... With this new mix, hopefully I'll see some good wood. I'll update after tonight...

I use about 8 units and get about 1 1/2 hours. On 6 units about 45 minutes but not always rock hard. On 10 units I get 4 hours of intense erection (actually, too much).
