I have not posted in a very long time. Some of you may remember Sonny. He was from FL. Fraught the battle bravely fir 15 years.

Last week he lost the fight. Gust hoping this get to some of the guys that he chatted with here.

May he be in peace.

Cajun, didn’t know sonny, but I am sad to hear of his passing. 15 years is a long time to fight PC. I am sure he fought it bravely. My prayers are with his family and friends.

OH MY GOD.... That's one of the downsides to going to the GFMPH gatherings....

Sonny was at all four gatherings that I went too. I never met a nicer person.

Since Hurricane IAN will be passing directly over my head soon..... I'll let it wash away my tears.

Sonny was a special soul and true brother. "Every day is a bonus" is a great tagline. Be at rest, Sonny--and may Sherry be comforted as well.

So sorry to read this. Sonny Wolf was very helpful to me when I first joined HW 13 years ago. We had VERY similar dxs. and similar progressions. In fact, when I was investigating surgery, he suggested Dr. Mani Menon, who did his surgery and discussed the reasons he chose Dr. Menon. He ended up being my surgeon.

We tried some different tx. paths. Cheryl and I visited the Wolfs in Florida. They treated us great. We kept in touch for many years, but somehow lost touch the last 2-3 years.

RIP, my friend.

That is a sad note, but thank you for letting us know, Jeff. Sonny was a positive person and a friend to many on this site. Fifteen years of a good life and a good fight.

Sad to hear and our condolences to Sonny's family and many friends. Sonny was Superman and always upbeat. Made me feel good whenever he posted. Fifteen years seems long time to be in the fight but in reality, it would be grand to see him fight on. However, I like to think he won the fight.

Sonny was a great man, and also a great friend to me. And to many others on HW, always at the time we nost needed a friend. I am grateful and privelieged to have known him.
Peace to his wife Sherry, who is a truly kind hearted woman and has been through a lot.

I never met Sonny, but I certainly knew of him from when I first joined this forum. I so sorry to hear of his passing. Thank you for letting us know Jeff.

Sonny was a big force in the early days of GFMPH... He'll be missed. May the road rise to meet you and GFMPH brothers great you on the other side. Peace and love.

I am so saddened to hear of Sonny’s passing.
My wife and I met Sonny at our first GFMPH in Rochester about ten years ago . He was such a comforting soul . I will never forget Sonny’s mantra, “ live the sh!t out of life “ and
“ every day is a bonus”.

He didn't know me from the man in the moon but he was kind enough to email me and answer some questions I had. May his memory always be a blessing to all who knew him.

We visited Sonny and his wife about 10 years ago. They were wonderful hosts.
