I remember i've had this same symtoms in the past, my family doctor told me i have acid reflux so i was subscribe some medication for the acid reflux but after a few months it doesn't seem to help, so i did the research and ran into the person who accidentally fixed it with a simple remedies that is water. So i began drinking alot of water during the day, avoid eating meat, switch to plants based most of the time and it works and i noticed that since i avoid and change my diet, i feel no longer tired lost weight and full of energy, not only acid reflux gone i am no longer feeling the needs of taking the nap in the middle of the work day.
I do believe that changing your life styles it does improve yours health. I can assure you that.
