I have noticed the amount of weight I can lift while on Lupron is decreased dramatically. The poundage that I can lift now is pitiful. Thanks

I'm 9 mths into my sentence. I have found that each week seems harder to maintain what I was doing the week before. I force myself to push through it and hope that I can maintain my strength and tone until my sentence ends in another 15 mths. Hang in there. I lean on what another person on the forum said, "the day that you feel like not working out, is the day you need to work out."

I don't know about you, but muscle loss is only one of a few side effects that are extremely bothersome while being on Lupron.

Thank you for the encouragement. I will be in the gym soon. I have experienced most of the side effects. Fatigue and loss of muscle being the toughest. My sentence is for life according to my urologist. Just trying to get use to my new normal. Thanks again.

Yeah, lifetime ADT. Welcome to our little club within the PCa club. 😐 But, it's doable and tends to keep us alive. 🙂

It’s because you are becoming feminine. Seriously…. No T sucks bro. I was growing breasts early on. The good news is you may be able to participate in women’s athletics😂😂😂It would suck to get beat by a girl tho.
