PSA on the rise after a year of .1. Jan 23 PSA .4 Feb PSA .5 March PSA 1 MRI shows two spots on spine . Prostate has decreased in size as have other mets. Next radiation specialist visit to address spots on spine.

2 bone scans 1 ray 2 MRI w/o contrast DX all over the place one MRI good(no spread) another MRI not conclusive. Bone scans hot spots all over
Next step PET scan.

Also, there are a lot more treatments in the pipeline, so I guess the parties beginning right now. After reading your history, I urge you to stop taking the casadex immediately. Don’t even ask your doctor just freaking do it I mean seriously what have you got to lose. when I stopped taking the casadex , the Lupron worked for an additional three years before I had to seek other forms of therapy. My next therapy was Provenge and then Zytiga. I have been on Lupron pretty much since my diagnosis 17 years ago.

Do you see a medical oncologist? If not, I think an MO should be directing your treatment. I am surprised that you aren't taking a second generation anti-androgen by now.
