PSA total and free during HT treatment

My PSA was 1 and free was .79 any info for folks on hormone therapy. I hope I got this right as both are going up.

I believe that Percent Free PSA has value in undiagnosed men to decide if a biopsy is needed. I don’t think that it has relevance once diagnosed and treated.

Johns Hopkins used it before I was diagnosed, but not afterwards.
