I'm so glad you found the radiation thread helpful!
In my case, they gave me a time schedule, with water amounts to drink, at those proper times.
Teaching all day & rushing to the treatment right after school, I measured out water amounts on a water bottle, and used a black ink SHARPIE brand marker to mark water levels on that clear water bottle.
Simple strategy! It worked!
When I got there, they scanned me initially to assess my bladder's fullness. Once or twice, they said I was a bit waterlogged, so they sent me to the restroom to "let a little out." That worked.
Once or twice, they determined my bladder was a little low ~ so they sent me to a waiting area, with a glass of water. I drank that, and then that day's treatment continued.
Afterwards, every fellow dashes to the restroom! I learned to linger in the waiting room afterwards, to use the restroom another time or two, before driving home.
Weekends were a blessed reprieve from the regimen.
I found I just needed to tackle one treatment at a time. That's what pulled me through those 45 treatments!
My treatments continue to pay dividends, so I share that hopeful thought with you!
