Have not been around for a while, I hope everyone is doing well.
I have a question about the Boy's (testicles).
I did the hormone treatment and radiation, how fast can they change size, my right one feels pretty dam small at time's and then sometimes, almost normal.

I have been on hormone therapy for about a year, mine are down to just about nothing!

First round they got real small. After 2 & 1/2 years of leuprolide chemotherapy ended they took about 3 years to get T back up to just 350 (started at 750) then over a period of 6 months or so T dropped to 126. Right testicle shrunk down to an almond size - it is dead. Right has swollen considerably, but no increase in T (FUBAR). Uro said I was lucky as leuprolide chemo often kills both outright. Can also kill your pituitary gland. I am just glad to be off that stuff now...though I still glow in the dark.

MG, during my 18 months on Orgovyx my T level dropped to zero. My testicles became small grapes. Right after getting off Orgovyx my T level returned and within 5 months the small grapes returned to normal. My best wishes going forward.

After 6 months on Eligard, the boys shrunk, as did my self esteem and desire to live. I stopped it and went without anything for about 6 months and they almost came back to normal, but my PSA went up and I had to undergo radiation, as the PC was then metastatic and spread to one of my hip bones. I was then put on Orgovyx and everything now appears to be getting back to normal, including the boys.
I am truly sorry to say, it's all part of this journey we are all taking.

I've been around since 2016. Finished treatment late 2018. Radiation ,lupron 2 yrs, and 4 rounds chemo. My guys shrunk to grapes. Since the end of treatment my right guy never returned to normal and my left has gotten much larger. This is the first time I've seen a post discussing this. Glad to know I'm not the only one. Yes, this is part of it all. Been tough at times dealing with the effects of treatment,( neuropothy, edema, tenitus in left ear and sexual disfunction), but greatful to still be undetectable. It is a journey that I have to deal with, but still gets hard at times. ( not talking the little guy but also true.!)
