5 Year Check-in

Been a few years since I have popped in. Had my 5 year psa which came back undetectable. I have no urinary issues and do ride the daily tadalafil train. Thankful for a skilled surgeon and accurate radiation shooter.

I had asked my surgeon for a picture of my prostate on surgery day. He was excited to provide me with one. A couple of years ago at my annual checkup I wore a t shirt I had made of that picture with the caption Didn’t Kill Me. He asked for a selfie, permission to send the picture to his other doctor friends, and then dragged me around the office and we played “name that organ” with his staff. Now it’s become an annual event and almost everyone at the office knows me.
