Did you have an MRI first? You didn’t say in your post.
If you haven’t, my rec is to TURN OFF THE BIOPSY, and find a new urologist who understands that best practice is to get an MRI first to identify potential lesions, and then use the MRI to steer the sampling during the biopsy, along with the standard grid. This is well-known.
