Sela, it's not likely caused by different labs. It could be that hubby had an infection that cleared up on its' own and now the PSA has returned to normal. Or, and I hate to bring this up, this could be a lab error since his PSA hasn't been that low since 2022. I recommend repeating the PSA test, avoiding sex or vigorous activity like bike riding prior to the test. That way you can see if the miracle is true or an unfortunate error.
