Wow; those more recent numbers are amazingly low. The radiation from the seeds is (essentially) long gone, but the cancer cells keep dying, albeit slowly.

In recent years, spontaneous erections are hit or miss. I'm not getting any younger at 61. Could be the treatment, or age, or all of the above. Sildenafil works great though.

Ejaculate has been greatly reduced.

Sometimes my urinary stream is a little slow. I keep Tamsulosin on hand and usually take once or twice per week when needed.

All things considered, at this point there are no problems that I would consider significant.

I see my radiation oncologist tomorrow for my 7 year examination.

During those highly stressful times after my diagnosis, this forum was a lifeline. The info here was extremely helpful and helped to keep me steady.
