yes, it's all about
lifestyle. i am currently coming off a diet. i dropped eight pounds over the past two months but more importantly my eating habits and food choices have improved, again. i also crossed 900 miles of walking/hiking for the year two days ago. i wear a fitbit 24/7 and just completed my fourth year of over 2k miles. i also weight train one day a week.
you're either self-motivated or you're not. how did you do during isolation -- covid? that could be the tell. if you're not self-motivated a trainer or the group thing may work for you but if it were me this late in the game i would also get medical help
