Had my annual physical appointment with Primary doctor two days ago and await the PSA along with other blood work.
Last one was 1.06 before that about a 2.06
Before treatment was 3.74
Finger crossed for a lower level.
Over two years post SBRT
Urinary stricture came after a year post but dilation a year ago is holding up. If it fails I will get Optilume treatment.

I'll post when results are back

Got the number! Now PSA is 0.9

From pre treatment of 3.74 then after it was 2.06 then 1.06 and now 0.9 Yea!
0.9 Yeah!

I suppose I should be encouraged plus all the way through treatment and now I have been on testosterone replacement.
Whew! feels good. Now the only concern which is on the back burner is the stricture which is holding up after the dilation. I'll cross that bridge if it comes up.

Thank you! I was anxious mainly due to my on again off again hematuria. It is not related and due to the stricture issue and being on blood thinners but I tent to worry.

Yes it is a good sign and I am relaxed.

She added that she is glad that I am not a Christian scientist. She was involved in that church but has backed off.
Wife said that some CS men use only prayer and sometimes die.
I'm a Catholic but sorta feel away after being very active. Choir and Eucharistic ministry etc but respect all believers.
My take is if God wants to heal why not try anything beyond just prayer? After all he's the one who's given his gifts including doctor's

Even though the PSA had been coming down, I still held the thought that "Well maybe this time it'll head back up"
For a guy who's had PSA as high as 7.4 a number of 0.9 was an awesome sight.
On to finishing up the dental implants work which is costing me a small fortune. Halfway done.
Then eye surgery which is going to take care of the cathetrachs.
(Hoping for autocorrected to spell the eye condition but no dice)
Anyway hoping it helps my night vision.

Sorry I'm late to the party! Glad to see that your PSA is behaving. Your trendline will look a lot like mine, and I congratulate you on your approach to the whole process. You did your homework and now it is showing that value.

I get to go see my urologist later today. I'll keep you posted, too.

Saw Dr Deutsch my oncologist and he was very pleased with the PSA

I thanked him for doing a great job treating me.
See him in six months

BTW I had double cataract surgery and had lens put in and Wow! I see much better.
I've not tried night driving yet at any distance but it seems like there is less glare
