Ok here we go. I am not into posting much, and I am new here. I have another problem with PSA being post surgery 1.6 and wondering what to do. But I might be able to shed some light on the 3-6-9 month lapse since my surgery, via the Davinci method. I have taken viagra, levitra, cialis, osborn pump, and the tri-mix shots. First let me tell you I had a normal sex life prior to surgery and never experienced ED before. I am 54 years old and in good shape for that age, not over weight and very active. I love my wife and would do anything to return to normal but that is not possible. After 9 months I am just starting to get some partial erections without any aids or drugs. I think it will come back naturally if I keep up the blood flow on a regular basis with the aids. I was able to have intercourse a 3 months with the shots and a normal orgasm. It was uncomfortable at first with the needle and all but I bucked up and took the pain. Each month requires less of a dose and I am now down to a 1 unit on the shot syringe. One shot lasts 2 hours and the results are nearly normal size and firmness. I also use the pump when I don't have the time to wait for and erection to subside with the shot. It works fine but not as firm. The viagra gives me headaches so I take two advil and that relieves that, but I am just starting to get erections using the drugs and they are not quite adequate for sex. I have tried using a combo of 50 mils viagra with a small shot of 1/2 and the results are great. I think everyone on here needs to experiment a little and see what works best for them while we wait for the natural erection days to comeback. In the mean time have a positive attitude and plenty of foreplay and work on getting back those old feelings with your spouse. If the erections don't come back naturally you can always use the shots, and maintain a healthy sex life, they work real good, and might be as close to natural as it gets. I Hope this helps.
