On Thursday, Feb. 22 at 4 p.m., a webcast featuring David Samadi, M.D., performing a live da Vinci prostatectomy will take place. The webcast can be viewed at www.or-live.com, or http://ckdavnici.crozer.org. The surgery will take place at Springfield Hospital, Springfield, PA. The webcast can be viewed as it premieres, or replayed at your convenience.

Happening right now, and man is it fascinating. Really, really excellent.

My understanding is that the video will be archived and available to watch via the web.

I gave up try to "click through the links" and simply typed the web address into my browser. That got it streaming.

Don't give up. The commentary, provided by several experienced urologists and surgeons, is very informative.

Amazing video!

Not just the procedure but the commentary with information on continence and potency. I had "open" surgery and would do it again but not because of the differences in the procedure, only because my urologist/surgeon is "The Man" in my eyes.

Everyone with Pca should watch this....
