With the ultra-sensitive tests, what I understand is that if you have a raise to .05, then there's something to consider. Other sources have said that a raise to .2 indicates reoccurance. My first post-op PSA was .01, and I'm hoping that it will stay that way. However, there are some studies showing that since I have positive margins, having additional radiation therapy is something to consider.
