new to this

this is bob (deb is here too)
I am going to the prostate clinic tomorrow afternoon for the biopsy. I am really not very nervous this time around but deb is still not doing very well. she had to be taken off her new depression meds due to serious side effects and is still feeling ill due to that and she now has to wait for the new one (zoloft) to kick in so she is pretty teary most of the time. we have waited out the 5 weeks in relative calm but it is now taking it's toll on her.

i thank you all for talking to her when she comes here, it gives her some comfort and we will check back here during the next week to 10 days as we await the results.

Hey Bob and Deb,

Waiting is the hardest part, no doubt. Try to look to the bright spots in your future for hope (there really are some if you look for them). Deb, hang in there, the meds will kick in soon and things will look brighter. I have personal experience with depression after PCa and you have to take one minute at a time sometimes. The darkness will lift.

Good luck on the biopsy, Bob. We all love you but really hope that you don't have to be here anymore...
