Question for you Bjay - .... is it recommended to go up in increments of .05 ??
My pharmacist recommended 0.05 cc increases for trimix - he talks from experience. Here is a very good article that also speaks to "dosing and titration " and suggests 0.10 cc increases with trimix are OK.

With that said, my pharmacist also said ......The TriMix alprostadil liquid is initially dispensed in the “basic” strength, which is “1X1X”. If a person gets to a dose of 0.5 cc and doesn’t respond, then instead of going to 0.6 cc, the strength is increase and the dose is dropped back down to 0.1 or 0.15 cc. The reason is the drugs’ efficiency drops off above 0.5 cc.
So, all "trimix" formulas may not be exactly the same. I believe, but not sure, the basic TriMix is prostaglandin E1 10mcg, phenolamine 1mg and papaverine 30mg.
To get to your question - I'd say that 0.05 to 0.10 cc increases are reasonable for TriMix. Watch(take notes) for symptoms of pain and erection duration as a guide.
