Hi Bill,
Doing o.k. if you get a trip up this way let me know, it would be nice to meet. I'm still hanging in there and check the boards regularly. I know a lot of folks consider watchful waiting or expectant management a fools game and I expect some day I will come to a treatment decision when the scores rise. I'm taking part in a clinical trial aimed toward more accurate diagnosis of those of us at the lower end of the scale (Gleasons 6 or less, 2 or fewer cores with minimal involvement and a low PSA). There's a lot of research out there dealing with over-diagnosis as well. Trying not to second guess myself, but I'm comfortable with what I'm doing. It's really not just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Saw you met Gordy, so if you're in the D.C. area let me know. Glad you're back in the air. Best wishes.
Boo
