Just had my PSA after 7 months from my Hifu, at <0.05 or undetectable. No side effects and only had two minor "accidents"

This very promising appraoch will eventually be available here in the U.S.

I know that Hifu is not for everybody, but then so is everything else. I do hope that Hifu is accepted in the U.S. as another approach to PC

Thanks for the update - I understand that, if need be, this can be a secondary treatment for those who had Brachytherapy. Here's hoping we never have to travel down that route but it's good to have the information in your back pocket so to speak.
