LifeguyD,
In reference to your changing orgasmic response, I really have no clue.
Hopefully your Physician can consider things such as frequency and tissue/nerve regeneration times and suggest something helpful.
(I can hear Swim saying something about
the "patient patient....")
My personal experience with vacuum erections suggests the intensity of orgasms is less with an assisted erection as opposed to with no erection. Increased frequency also seems to mitigate the experience..
This is by way of saying, your increased success at erection might be at the expense of sensation loss.
Still, we must keep our tissues reaching for the
ideal! :)
I don't believe a conventional vasectomy - which in my understanding just severes the seminal vessels - has any bearing on how close the Radical Prostatectomy procedure was to your testicles.
I believe they still take the same amount of tissues, anyway, as an oncological precaution.
Regardless, if your are experiencing a decreasing sensation post surgery, all of these sensations are post surgery and it is doubtful the RP procedure has anything to do with that.....
I'm betting "Time heals all wounds." In the meantime, water your horses....
