How long until the uritra discomfort go away

-When ever I use the bathroom for #1 or 2 there is discomfort.

-When I wash my self thereis pain inside the uritra area.

Is this Normal?

 My history,

54 YO, had no problem what so ever, great Sex-life, father had prostate removed at age 75.

Had my yearly Phisycal and blood test ended with PSA at 5.

Took Antibaitic for 10 days the PSA whent down to 4.1, whatied another 20 days and PSA was 3.9.

Dr. Recommended biopsy and out of 10samples 1was abnormal, and 3mm of one lower left lobe was diagnised as cancer. GS-6

Generally I am OK except that any time I stand up and any pressure to my bladder, it causes a bit of dischard. I hope it get better. Are these normal at this stateg of my recovery?
