I promise I won't bore everyone each day about
the minutae regarding my recovery. However, I wanted, in the event there are others who are feeling like me, to benefit as I did from the advice of this forum.
Today was definitely better than Day 5. I walked 40 minutes today (in 10 minute intervals) and have consistently drank water all day. This morning I started out feeling as I did Day 4 & 5, crappy feeling, headache, etc. I forced myself to be active, take in fluids and gradually I began to feel better. My appetite is maybe slightly better. Someone mentioned Ensure so I think I'll try some of that to supplement.
I fully expect to feel crappy tomorrow morning but now have confidence that I can fight my way through it.

P.S. Kudos to the fellow(s) that was walking 1-2 hours a day with a leg bag. From my perspective right now that seems like an Olympic feat.
