Question for RipandBurn - Bladder Sling?

My surgeon felt that after all the surgeries he had done, he saw that generally incontinence was greatly decreased when a bladder sling was installed. He routinely installs a bladder sling in all of his patients who have radical prostatectomies. Frankly, I am glad he did. I don't know how much it actually helped, but I am sure it did not hurt. Let's say, I would hate to be opened up again to have this procedure done. I had very little leaking right from the start. I used a couple of the triangular shaped light pads each day for 11 weeks. I really did not need two per day, but did not like the idea of wearing it all day....if you know what I mean. I never really had more than a few drips per day.
