Does the radiation oncologist also administer the hormone therapy?

Does the radiation oncologist also administer the hormone therapy? Thank you.

Typically a medical oncologist will prescribe the drug, but I have heard varying stories. One thing that seems to make sense is the order of administering this sequence:

1> Casodex 50mg two weeks before the Lupron injection
2> The Lupron injection
3> a month later begin Radiation.

I didn't exactly follow this protocol, but I was very close. Casodex will prevent "Lupron Flare" or a brief period that the PSA rises after administering the drug. The reason to wait a bit on the radiation is to allow the Lupron to shrink the tumor size and "weaken" the residual disease. I have read this in multiple locations but only the Myers book prescribes it. He does mention a study to support it.
