How do I find Dr. Bob Leibowitz' triple hormone blockade protocol?

I need to find an updated version of Dr. Bob Leibowitz' triple hormone blockade protocal for prostate cancer.  I got nowhere with his office staff.  Anybody able to help?   Thanks

I haven't been able to locate anything except the book by Snuffy Myers which focuses on triple androgen blockade. "Beating Prostate Cancer: Hormonal Therapy and Diet". He does quote protocol by Leibowitz. Also Leibowitz did a speaking engagement for USTOO here in Nevada. See below the presentations he did.

I should have visited your website before my last response.  Looks like you're enjoying life, which is always a positive thing.  Is that a Weedhopper you are aloft in??  Remember the old adage: "Maintain thy airspeed lest the earth shall rise to smite thee!"

I'm all about enjoying life. God gave me the gift of it so I will make the best of it. My blog is about living and living well. The aircraft is a QuickSilver Sport edition ultralight. It has plenty of power (Bombardier Rotax engine) and climbs like a homesick angel. I was able to put it in a stall attitude and regain straight and level in less than 20 feet of descent. Very docile and fun beyond description. My problem is that now I want one, really bad. Single seater is 13k, and the one you saw is 20k. I already asked the boss and she said no. but I am working on her and know her breaking point. So please send continued support. (She here's the "smite thee" part it just might work when I make her mad.) God Bless you and glad you joined us. This is the best site on the internet for patient to patient conversation. paactusa.org Dec 07 newsletter has an interesting article by Dr Leibowitz.

I think previous newsletters had protocol details.
