Fair Rider, congrats on your little backroom science project. I do my project in the bathroom myself,,,lol
You may have to go up to twice the dose that you see others using here, as your strength is half the strength of the "standard" strength prescribed most times. I have to use 50 units myself, some few more, most less, but each is different. If it was me, which it isn't, I'd jump to 50 units next time and see. The strength you are using is weak by comparison to others, so larger increments may be needed to get to the level to succeed. You mau indeed find you will have to go to 75 or 100 units, which is the strength equivenent of my 50 unit of the higher strength bimix.
Placement, I have learned from trial and error, is critical in using bimix. Especially for men with a smaller or atropied penis. Bimix ,lacking PGE1, doesn't work as well as the trimix or caverject, but you also avoid the pain.... As to the leaking, I find that bimix works well to close off the leaking and squirting of urine when it is active, making the tissues to swell up, thereby squeezing the whole plumbing system in the penis. Why you would leak after the drug has stopped working and the erection is gone is a mystery. I haven't read of anyone having that happen to them. Not saying it doesn't, just haven't heard of it...If you have a successful injection, take notice if you do leak or squirt during intense stimulation or orgasm. I would suggest maybe speaking to your doc and getting him/her to up the strength with another prescription, especially after you have had a success with the current vial. That will give you some feeling for how it needs to be adjusted.
As usual, this is just discussion, not directions or treatment instructions. Each must make their own decisions, right?
