ZERO

Greetings, everyone.  We had our initial follow-up visit with my surgeon yesterday.  At 6 weeks post surgery my PSA is zero!  We are grateful to the Lord and for all the good support that each of you have given us over these last several weeks.  As most of you know, I will have to have a PSA every 3 months for 2 years, then every 6 months for 2 years and then annually.  Given the pathology and now the zero at 6 weeks we feel very positive about the long term prognosis.  I look forward to continuing to interact in cyberspace with each of you - this is a great tool for those of us with pc.  Thanks to each of you for your continued support.  You were lucky, in that you only had to wait 6 weeks. My numbers were almost identical to yours. I had my operation Nov 13/07 and got results Mar 3/08, almost 15 weeks of waiting but the results were very good. .04 It is such a relief to hear those numbers.
