Second Biopsy

Where can my husband go to get a 3 dimensional mapping biopsy or an ultrsound with color doppler biopsy performed? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Billy's first biopsy was 4.0. He has a large prostate, 55 gms. First urlogist did blind biopsy, one out of 12 positive with less than 5%. We decided to wait and have regular PSA readings. They have all been below 4 until this last one, came back 4.5. UGH! He would like to have another biopsy but we have been reading about more accurate and better biopsies with a color doppler ultra sound machine. I have just read Ziggy9's posting about the new mapping biopsy, and was wondering where and who to contact. I feel my husband might be a good candiate for this treatment, would really like to find out more about it.
