Michael--The nurse is right, there is no cause for concern or alarm. Any values less than 0.1 ng/mL are considered to be zero or non-detectable.
We have had a number of forum participants who are tested using the ultra-sensitive tests who have been concerned about rising PSAs that were still less than the 0.1 threshold.
