Had a PSA test today. Hoping for low numbers, of course. Should know in a few days...
Doc did a DRE today, which surprised me. He said everything felt "perfectly normal," but I had no idea that men without a prostate received DREs.
Doc said that my reaction to Viagra - puffed up, pinkish penis with blood vessels appearing larger is a good sign that it is stimulating blood flow. He seemed encouraged by that news.
He said to keep pumping daily and using the Viagra a few times a week, even after I begin injections later this week. Bimix has not yet arrived, but should within a day or two.
On another front, I start regular Procrit shots this week due to low red blood cell count caused by polycystic kidney disease. Fortunately, I do not have a needle fobia....
