Hoping all is well in your second week of radiation.

Thanks for the well wishes and so far so good, as of this mornings treatment I am 1/4 complete with the salvage radiation treatments. If everything is on schedule it doesn't take long, I check in with my little card that I scan and let's them know I am there, sit down read a little bit out of the golf magizine and wait for them to come get me. It's about a 30 minute drive for me into the clinic and my appointment is at 8:15 AM so if all is well I can usally be back into work by around 9:15 AM, it's nice having it first thing and then I have the rest of the day. The staff in very freindly and I wish the well each moring and hope they have good luck with thier aim and shot that morning. It will be interesting as I enter about week 4 or so that's when they told me side effects are most likely to happen, we shall see. I will continue to up-date how I am doing and keep you all in my prayers also. Bob's wife as I said I will lead us into this next phase and we will both come out fine. I will be interested in keeping track of your next steps as well. But for now I stay active and have not been slowed down yet by the treatments, my two kids want to have me work with them on thier pitching everyday, sometimes it is good it rains, I don't make that great of a catcher anymore.

good morning Norskie. I have been thinking about you and praying that all treatments will provide you with the life and strength you need to sustain a wonderful life with your family. Here is a quote I often use in my speechs. "The only thing that stands between a person and what they want in life is the will to try it, and the faith to believe it possible" I believe that your treatments are going to be a huge success and that God will use you as his cheerleader for hope and inspiration for others.
