I thought my urology nurse was joking three months ago when he said that Kegels were as good as Viagra. But maybe not -- see this:

Ten years or so ago when I first started having symptoms of ED my doc told me to do Kegels. (He called them pelvic floor exercises) So I had done a lot of them by the time I had prostatee surgery. As a result of all those Kegels, and excellent surgion and just plain luck, I was dry the day after the catheter came out.
Kegels are a guy's best friend...

Piano !!!!!!!
Great article !!!! and i believe that Kegals exercise helps as well, however i did not use them since i have been dry the day my Cath came off....and i thought they only help for incontinence...
as of yesterday i am more aware of them and started to do them when i can ... i am almost at my 1 year mark...usable erection with Blue pills...and i intend to speed it up with injection therapy when i see my Uro next week ......in addition to kegal ....
GREAT SITE !!! Keep up the good WORK!!!!
