Just joined this site today and already I am posting again. Hope nobody gets tired of my questions.
I has been one complete week since having my catheter removed and 15 days post robotic prostate removal. As instructed by my doc, I have been performing my Kegel exercises three to four sessions each day. For the last couple of days I have started getting pain just behind my scrotom when I contract my pelvic floor muscles. If I hold the contraction the pain seems to diminish. Is this pain abnormal? According to my doctor's nurse, Kegel exercises should be pain free no matter what. She said that if I have experiencing any pain, I am performing the exercise incorrectly. I don't think that is the case.
Any thoughts, advise, or instructions for a new guy. And does this exercise help one's return of bladder control?
Best Regards,
