NOCTURNAL EJACULATIONS?

I had a vasectomy 35 or so years ago, so my testicles have been not a part of the orgasm since then. The sperm produced is absorbed into the body inside the scrotum. The purpose of the seminal vessels and other related organs that were removed during your surgery is to store the sperm, along with other fluids that makeup the total of what we consider 'sperm' or ejaculate. Sperm really wasn't a large % component of that liquid. When you had an orgasm before surgery, the actual ejaculate was this mixture of fluids including prostate fluid, seminal fluid (sperm that was stored in the seminal vessels) cowpers fluid and other things, not a direct ejaculate coming straight from the testicles. The testicles were just a slowly producing feeder to the system (the seminal vessels stored it) and had no direct part of the ejaculatory function.

Wet dreams (dry dreams in our case) is still possible after prostate removal, of course, just as awake orgasms are, so it shouldn't be a big surprise that they still occur, although I haven't heard of anyone else mentioning them here. As to you feeling that your testicles were hard and aching, I wonder if your body and brain is confusing the origin of the feeling? The old teenage curse of "blue balls" created the same feeling, I guess. It's result was from sexual stimulation, an extended erection -distended? lol, over active sex drive, raging hormones and no ability to release it. I well remember the feeling. sigh...anyway it's possible that the aching and such is from the remains of your ejaculatory system, rather than from the testicles themselves.
