Can you find another doctor (or nurse even) who specializes in ED? If you go down the injection route, it is helpful to have someone show you how to do your first injection -- if indeed that is something you want. Failing that, you've just got to give it time -- at least two years in my view. Although very effective, an implant should be a last resort -- there's no going back and long term, they are not completely reliable either.
