Here are the guys whom are considered the best at reading your pathology/slides from biopsies. You can have your slides sent from your doc to them (arrangement) for 2nd or 3rd opinions, probably well worth it, insurance should cover such, if not figure $350-500 normal range. Proper information and assessment is key to using nomograms and partin tables or seeing how aggressive is the cancer. Sometimes upon review PCa patients are even found to be down graded gleason levels, or downgraded to HG PIN, or even non-cancerous. It is the land of the bizarre on PCa. Oh did I mention there are atleast 18-variant types of PCa and they are not all similar, only an expert pathologist might be able to figure that out too.

Someone herein will be using this either soon or soon enough.
(Hopefully H.W. will also allow this listing, it is not my considered list of experts, it is found in books and literature, journals, and from the mouths of many reknown doctors)
I would love to hear about one of our patients herein being found non-cancerous or down graded to HG PIN or other, or even being found accurately so as to assess perhaps the best treatment plan for their disease level. I did not know it at the time mine was done, that one good thing my uro-doc did do was use one of these experts, of course my stats really sucked anyway...but had they been low enough I might have chosen different paths, no regrets with the journey at this juncture.
Dx-2002 Pathology (Dr. Grignon-Detroit)~ gleasons found 7,8,9's on both sides 80-95% cancer volumes in each and everyone of those, some were 80% others 95%, 2 pathologies shown with perinural invasion, type of PCa found named Acinar (overall graded at gleason 8-for whatever reasons by this pathologist)
