Hi all, I had my second post op PSA and am happy an relieved to say it came in at < .01. I am so happy. Next test is 6 months from now!

I'm glad to hear about your zero! Here's wishing you 30 + more years of zeros! I have my six month PSA coming up in March. I gotta tell ya I am not looking forward to it.

ChrisinMaine: Congratulations on the zero ... but I'm curious why your next PSA is 6 months away rather than 3 months? My husband had his surgery in March 2008 and was told that the standard is PSA every 3 months for the first year, then 6 months for years 2 through 4.

Hi Sephie, I guess they all have different standards. My one year anniversary from surgery is in July so that is actually 5 months out and when my next test is scheduled.
