Good info Ron, Dr. Sartor has seen alot of patients and is very knowledgable apparently about the insurmountable drug therapies and choices, and when to switch patients from one to another.

Ron I see in your bio you underlined why did your uro miss the psa velocity, he was trained in old school thinking and probably not up to date. Dr. Strum published a piece years ago now that was...."what every doctor and patient should know"....it talked about psa's, velocity, doubling times etc.
Strum knew that the uro- folks were somewhat neandrathals about the modern knowledge of prostate cancer....exactly why we patients need to read guys like him whom publish books for us. Just get an opinion from a leading PCa onco-doc and compare to what is said and gleaned to you vs. most uro-docs....then you will notice it first hand.

A Primer on Prostate Cancer the Empowered Patients Guide (2nd edition still valid from 2002, I wonder who is the guy on the inside cover who said "this book trumps them all"???? )
