Consumer advocate Clark Howard joins our fraternity as today it was announced on CNN that he as prostate cancer. My first thought is to wish him the very best and let him know he is not alone...Here's the link (Sent on the PPML by our own FLHW (David E).

G'Mornin Tony, I hate to hear that about Clark, I started listening to him on WSB radio here in Atlanta back in the early 80's when he started his show. I saw it on the news this morning. He is a real sharp consumer guy. I am anxious to see what treatment he pursues. The radiation clinics of Georgia do a seed/imrt regime that has some good stats. I hope all is well for everyone.....

I kind of sounds like he diagnosed in the early rounds of PCa, he probably has many options. Be interesting to see if he becomes an outspoken advocate of PCa issues and/or the crazy world of PCa.

Alot of people don't even know they have PCa, some never find out too. If you live to be 80-90 then almost 80-90% of those men are found with PCa, most have indolent versions or scenarios whereby they can wait or chose non-invasive therapies.
