Anyone experiencing crotch area falling asleep after sitiing a bit?

When did it start?

Have you mentioned it to any of your docs?

I'm guessing it's an indication of poor blood circulations to the area or possibly a nerve is getting pinched when sitting.

With tiredness being such a problem are you sitting down a lot, and therefore perhaps sitting too much?

I remember getting a bit numb in my butt and legs if I sat in certain chairs, so made a point of not always sitting in the same chair.
(And even before the op I would always do things to keep my posture happy when sitting like adjusting my seat every half hour while driving.)

I was told not to sit still for more than 45 minutes at a time after my operation (but even a thirty second walk was enough to help wake things up)

I imagine walking will help (and I agree with an old post where someone pointed out something along the lines that spreading your walking over the day is better than having one long walk.)
