Right testicle sensitive to the touch

I'm curious if anyone else has had this situation. My right testicle seems to be a little sore (sensitive) when I touch it. It doesn't really hurt except when touched and the pain is minimal. I'm wandering if this is a result of the surgery (robotic 2 weeks ago) or if there is something else I should be concerned about. By the way, there is no swelling at all.

I only noticed it 5 days ago. Like I said, It only hurts if I push against it a little and the pain is minuscule.

After mr RP I had pain in the right testicle too! The pain was caused by cysts in the epididymis which is on the side of the testicle. I could CAREFULLY feel the cysts. My pain radiated into my lower abdomen. I finally had the epididymus removed which also removed the PAIN. Hope your problem is not related and will clear up - but thought I would relate my problem FYI. Best wishes, AL
