Passing some strange stuff in my urine

confused  had Di Vinci surgery 2 months ago.  Good news is that with the exception for not being able to get an erection, I am doing great.   Week PSA perfect.  No leakage except for coughing and snezzing.

 

My question is that I have been passing some stuff that is yellow, heavy ( sinks to the bottom of the bowl) and looks something like spaghetti.  These “clots” tend to block the penis until I pass them.

 

It is starting to freak me out ……………Help

That's news to me. It's not only outside my own experience, I've never come across that is many months of reading.

Sounds like it doesn't hurt? But I would think you ought to call your medical team. If it does hurt, go to an ER.

I did a search on "thick heavy urine". Sometimes it was thought to be due to prostatitus, which is not a possibility for you. But some women report the same symptom.

That sounds really unusual. I agree it's time to get back with your urologist. Strings of mucous or even infection is a possibility. If possible, catch a sample of this stuff and take it with you, so they can maybe isolate what it is. Never heard of anything similar in my time spent reading here.

I would call the Doctor. Might even try to get a sample?

Thanks all............As recommended I did speak with my Doctor. He said that I was passing tissue and not to worry unless a total blockage occurs. He indicated that at two months that this was somewhat normal.
