It was one-year ago today I got the call we all once received... "they found cancer..." It is difficult to believe the time passes so quickly. I'm doing well, but find myself a bit "reflexive" today... It was an emotional time walking in the "survivor lap" of the Relay for Life last weekend... Take care everyone...

I went to a Free Health Check for men one Saturday morning and BOOM. "Hey Steve, you need to get those nodules looked at."

Kark, you are doing great at the one year mark, keep it going just like that. Me, six years of steadily rising PSA tests and 3 biopsies finally hit the pay dirt of PC, even though on the last biopsy, I was told "It's extremely unlikely it will be dx with cancer" cough, cough, cough.
