Been using trimix over two years and have always had great success. Just recently have had not great success as previously.

use 50 to 100 viagra an inject with about .40 to .7 ml. Had brachytherapy in 2006 which turned me to Trimix. Have always had good success and great sex.  Inject from the base almost to the head always with success.  Strange that I when through 2 ml the other night with not so good erection the just died and I just don't get it. Is the great ride ending

Let's hope not.

I have been using Bimix successfully for a year, with consistently reliable results, However results were very erratic at first -- sometimes great and other times very disappointing.

Following on from suggestions here, I now wrap a few rubber bands around the base while doing the injection and leave them on for three minutes. That has improved my results to close enough to 100%.

If your poor results continue, try the rubber band trick -- it might help.

If the Trimix is failing, you can always go to Caverject or Edex which is straight Alprostadil. I started with Caverject Impulse (not available now until summer 2010) then the pharmacy switched me to Edex. Both worked great but I also had the aching pain. 40 ml of either one will give most men a 4 hour erection that is so hard that you can't believe it.

I went through the 4 hour experiences and aching pain, so my urologist switched me to Trimix. It has been working fine, anywhere from a one to two hour erection. And no pain. I don't take an ED drug before. Just the injection and it works in 5 minutes.

Rather than injecting in the middle, which is recommended, he is going up and down each side of his penis. It moves the needle entry point around and prevents priaprism.
