Hi all, been reading a little on diet and PCa and am clear on a few things but not on others. I am a weight lifter and take some supplements. I have read that animal fat and dairy products are real bad for PCa. Does anyone know if whey protein ( without fat) is a problem? It is a dairy product but I couldn't find any specific info on it. I also take creatine (in cycles) which is found in red meat but again, no animal fat. Just wondering if anyone knows. I would hate to give up a sport I like so much and the nutritional science that goes with it. yeah I am aware that lifting heavy weights probably increases testosterone levels but my levels are right in the middle and I am not going there just yet if you know what i mean thanks...........bob

Other options are all under consideration
